Guest Services

Front Desk

Welcoming and bidding farewell to guests, handling check-ins and check-outs. Language skills in multi languages are advantageous for assisting foreign guests.

Reservation / Sales 

Responds to telephone and e-mail inquiries from domestic and overseas customers, proposes plans and surprises in accordance with customers' wishes, and provides support mainly for customers' travel plans. I am responsible for a wide range of tasks from negotiating with travel agencies to handling group correspondence.

adex inn (Group hotel)

The department is responsible for a wide range of duties including hotel front desk operations, housekeeping, and bakery café staff. This department is ideal for those who would like to experience a wide range of duties in a small elite group and are good at multitasking.

adex base

Responsible for planning and selling adventure tours and selling gear in the store. Since we have many foreign customers, you will be able to make use of your language skills. If you like the outdoors, you can make use of your hobby in your work.

Food & Beverage

Food & Beverage


F&B Staff
Serving meals and drink sales at in-room, banquets, buffet restaurant and Kaiseki restaurant. Responsible for serving and welcoming guests with a spirit of hospitality.

Souvenior shop

The staff is responsible for selling souvenirs and developing and stocking original products at the museum's store, which carries several hundred items. You will be close to customers and learn retail skills.

Housekeeping

We reset the 387 guest rooms in time and prepare them to welcome our guests in the best possible condition. Finishing a clean and neat guest room is a pleasant and mission-oriented task.

Kitchen Staff

Involved in a variety of culinary tasks in Japanese cuisine, kaiseki, buffet, and staff cafeteria either in the kitchen or at an open kitchen.

Administration Services

Accounting and Purchasing

The position is responsible for general accounting duties such as daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and monthly and annual closing operations, as well as purchase inventory control and equipment management related to the entire ryokan.

Human Resources & Labor

We can provide general human resource services such as recruitment, personnel evaluation, payroll calculation, and attendance management.

General Affairs

Provides general support for employee benefits, regulations, and dormitory management to ensure that employees can work comfortably. We are responsible for the company's ongoing activities, including procedures with government agencies and internal events.

Corporate operations

The department is in charge of creating signs and pamphlets for use in the museum using illustrators and Photoshop, as well as event operations. This department supports the customer service department from behind the scenes.

Facility Management

Facility Management

Overseeing maintenance, inspection, and repair of building facilities, including onsen, air conditioning, boilers, and electrical systems. We perform daily maintenance to ensure that our guests are comfortable in the spacious buildings. (Science or engineering degree preferred.)

Compensation, Benefits, and Work Details

Salary (Based on company rule)

  • University Graduates: ¥193,000

  • Junior College & Technical College Graduates: ¥184,000

  • Career: Yearly income ¥2,700,000 above (consider previous job salary) 

  • Overtime pay provided separately

  • Base up: 1/year, Bonus: 2/year (accomplishment 2024)

  • Part-timer: ¥1,100 /hour above


Benefits

  • Social Insurance: Employment, workmen's compensation, health, and welfare pension)

  • Annual Holidays: 105 days

  • Paid leave, condole leave, and special leaves


Working Hours (Variable Working Hours System)

Example: Varies by position, with shifts including:

  • 7:00–22:00: 8 hours of work, 7 hours of break​

  • 13:00–22:00: 8 hours of work, 1-hour break

8-9 off days in a month by rotation.


Employee Facilities:

  • Dormitory/family accommodation: Monthly rent starting at ¥4,500

  • Staff cafeteria: Meal price per meal: ¥300

  • Bathhouse: Free use of hot spring water directly from the source
